HELMETS

A helmet always need to fit properly on your head, for it to be safe!

Use a tape measure and place it just above the eyebrows.

Make sure that you are parallel to the ground so your head is straight up.

Block the tape and look for the result and take the size that matches your measurement and you can see the according helmetsize.

GLOVES

Gloves always need to fit properly on your hands and fingers! Measure the circumference of your hand as shown in the picture. This is the perimeter of the hand over the knuckles, WITHOUT the thumb! Then choose the correct size using the chart. When the circumference of your hand is in between 2 sizes then you must take the length of your fingers into account.
